El Poco Cantina in Taft, a popular birria taco spot, has been selected among the first batch of Michelin Selected restaurants in the Philippines. It's a great honor for their team and the loyal customers who continue to support them.
After the announcement, people flocked to try their delicious yet affordable food. Due to the overwhelming number of customers, they were forced to take a "kitchen break" on November 4 to rest and adjust to the new demand.
In a post, El Poco thanked everyone who continued to come and buy. They also shared that their production and staff have reached their limit, so they need to take a break so they can continue serving quality food.
On November 5, El Poco Cantina announced that they will be temporarily reducing their operating hours at their Taft and U-Belt branches. According to them, this is to allow the team to rest and recover from the fatigue and pressure of the sudden increase in customers.
El Poco Cantina remains dedicated to providing delicious, affordable food and creating more jobs for their community.
