Nike has collaborated with Aritzia for the first time, releasing the chic and minimalist design of the LD-1000 “Fauna Brown.” The new colorway brings a retro runner look mixed with a modern style, perfect for everyday fashion.
The LD-1000 was first launched in 1977 as a running shoe with a distinctive flared heel. In this new version, mesh and nylon are replaced with premium leather in Fauna Brown for a more elegant and fashion-forward look, in keeping with the Aritzia line.
Design details are simple yet classy: muted Swoosh, gum sole, exposed stitching, and deconstructed tongue. There's also a mini-Swoosh on the front in place of the large logo on the side for a more refined look. Social media also showed off the four-leaf clover charm attached to the lace.
This collab combines a streetwear vibe with a clean studio polish, making it versatile for a variety of looks. Available on October 21 for approximately ₱7,300 at official Nike and Aritzia channels.
