Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has a new twist on their all-day happy hour: a special collab between two top chefs — Executive Chef Chris Oronce and Chef Patrick Go. A menu packed with flavor, from first bite to last.
Chef Chris brings favorite steakhouse flavors but with his own twist. His Gyudon is like comfort in a bowl — tender beef, just the right amount of sweet and salty sauce, and fluffy rice. Along with the Pho, which has a slow-cooked flavor, goes well with the Bánh Mì with crunchy bread, pickled veggies, and beef bacon, it's worth a try.
Meanwhile, Chef Pat Go brought out a more lively flavor. The Yukhoe (Korean-style beef tartare) was fresh and zesty, even more delicious with prawn chips. The Char Siu Sliders were smoky, sweet, and easy to finish in just three bites. For a stronger flavor, there was the Skirt Steak Satay with its nutty and grill-kissed aroma.
But the star of the show? Chef Pat's Rendang. The beef is tender and almost shredded, full of coconut flavor and made even tastier with tamarind fried rice. A dish not to be missed when you're at Wolfgang's.
The dishes here didn't compete—they complemented each other. Chef Chris gave a warm steakhouse vibe, while Pat brought bold and exciting flavors. A happy hour collab worth repeating.
