Fans of P-pop girl group BINI have called on their management to sue internet personality Xian Gaza for allegedly vulgar and offensive statements on social media. On August 13, Gaza posted that a member of the group was sexually active, prompting sexualization and online harassment against women.
Many netizens said that Gaza has crossed the line and should file a case and issue a warrant so that he is held accountable. Some also warned that if management does nothing, the group's image and career could be ruined.
BINI is known for their songs like Pantropiko, Salamin Salamin, and Karera, and they have local and international recognition. But according to some netizens, there seems to be no clear action from the management regarding the issue.
On August 14, a celebrity lawyer posted an Instagram Story showing that the BINI camp had filed a complaint against an unnamed person. Many netizens suspected that Gaza was being referred to and thanked the management for swift action.
Recently, Gaza also released a post mentioning who she didn't refer to in her previous statement, further fueling speculation on social media. She was also previously criticized over the issue of spreading gossip about an influencer's pregnancy before it was confirmed.
