A man in Calasiao, Pangasinan is currently being sought by authorities after he was caught on video dragging a dog tied to the back of his motorcycle.
According to Edward Laguinlin, who took the video, this happened on Sunday night, June 1, in Barangay Banaoang. The footage clearly shows the poor dog crying and struggling while the motorcycle is running.
The incident was immediately reported to the police, and an investigation is underway to catch the man. Many netizens expressed anger and concern over the incident, hoping that the poor animal will be brought to justice.
