The new Goldwin SS25 Paper Fiber Collection has been released, ready for the hot and humid weather. Using abaca-based fibers from Manila hemp and advanced KODENSHI® technology, this collection aims to provide fresh and comfortable wear for the summer.
The collection features shirts, jackets, trousers, and shorts made from paper yarn—a material with a cool and dry touch. Standout pieces include a brown checked shirt, a solid brown two-piece suit, and a beige zip-up jacket with a minimalist Goldwin logo. There are also Paper Fiber socks, the brand's first-ever paper yarn socks.
Abaca has been used by native Filipinos to create clothing suited to the tropical climate of the Philippines. This collection combines the traditional fiber with the innovative KODENSHI®, created with Dr. Norinaga Shimizu of Osaka Prefecture University. This technology has the ability to regulate body temperature and provide relaxation using far-infrared radiation.
The Goldwin SS25 Paper Fiber Collection is now available at the Goldwin Japan web store and select retailers.
