With a new engine, chassis, and aerodynamics, it delivers a riding experience that is perfect for those with high standards of dynamics, comfort, and travel "capability."
In terms of engine, R 1300 RT has a 1,300cc boxer engine with 145 PS of power and 149 Nm of torque, the same as the R 1300 GS and GS Adventure. The new model focuses on touring comfort, with improved ergonomics, electronically-adjustable windshield, large TFT screen, USB charging, and more options in luggage.
The R 1300 RT has riding modes, slipper clutch, EVO Telelever, and Paralever suspension, as well as ABS and full-LED lighting for convenience and visibility. It also has smart riding assist features such as active cruise control, front and rear collision warning, and lane change. warning.
As an option, it can be equipped with Automated Shift Assistant (ASA), an automatic transmission for selected BMW motorcycles, which can be used in full automatic or manual modes.
