A passenger who was late for his flight ran along the runway of the airport to prevent the plane from taking off.
According to the Daily Mail, a 29-year-oldmanfromChile rantoLATAM Airlines jetatEl Tepual International AirportinPuerto MonttonMarch 3, Monday.
He was supposed to fly to Concepción in a hour flight.
He waved at the plane to get the pilots' attention and still get on board.
An airport worker rushed in to stop him, but he still continued to wave at the plane.

Later, the security staff took him away.
The man was arrested and will appear in court on March 11, Tuesday. It is not yet clear what charges he will face.
Puerto Montt Mayor Rodrigo Wainraihgt criticizedairport security, asking howthe mangot onto thetarmac.
"We should look at what policies are being implemented at the airport," said Wainraihgt.
This is not the first time he has been involved in trouble. According to BioBioChile, he has previously been arrested for intimidation and theft.
