The art of fine dining is alive and well at Osteria Antica, the newest—and perhaps most impressive—restaurant of Wildflour Group. It is located high above the city with breathtaking viewsof Ortigas CBD. You will first pass through an elegant bar before reaching the casual and fine dining areas.

The interior, designed by Lara Fernandez Barrios, perfectly combines rustic warmth and sophisticated beauty. There are brick walls, chandeliers, antique tables, and leather chairs that bring Old World charm. It feels like you're in an Italian film, with a view like a rooftop bar in New York or Chicago, but authentically Italian in every detail.

In the kitchen, it's led by award-winning Chef Walter Manzke, who brings a high-end Italian menu. Handmade pastas are the star—hand-made or extruded to perfection—and there are wood-fired pizzas with proper Neapolitan char. Only the highest quality is used: from local produce to premium Italian ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes and the finest olive oil.

One ​​of the highlights on the menu is the Cauliflower Agnolotti, a modern take on the favorite Wildflour Italian dish. A truffle is sliced ​​right in front of you—because in fine dining, drama is always welcome.
