Within the first 20 days of 2026, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) successfully arrested 394 wanted persons in various provinces of Central Luzon, evidence of the intensified campaign against criminality and ensuring peace and order in the region.
According to the report of the regional police leadership, those arrested included 275 Other Wanted Persons (OWP), 52 Most Wanted Persons (MWP), and 67 Top Ten Most Wanted Persons (TTMWP). The data shows the wide scope of the operation from regional, provincial, to municipal levels.
A major contribution was made by police units from Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bataan, Zambales, Aurora, as well as from highly urbanized cities such as Angeles City and Olongapo City, which jointly executed arrest warrants against fugitives who have been wanted for a long time.
The operation was further reinforced by tracker teams that coordinated with intelligence units and local police stations, to ensure that lawbreakers have no safe haven. This demonstrates the discipline, perseverance, and coordination of the police force in the implementation of justice.
These achievements are anchored in the Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) and the PNP Focused Agenda, which aims to continuously strengthen law enforcement and maintain public trust while promoting a safe and orderly Central Luzon.
