The fire broke out in a two-story house on Serrano St, Fatima Townhomes, Bgy. Marulas, Valenzuela City, past midnight on Wednesday, January 7.
The fire was immediately raised to first alarm at 12:10 a.m., and was declared fire out at 1:18 a.m. after being extinguished by 17 fire trucks. The fire wall was a great help in preventing the fire from spreading.
According to the Valenzuela BFP, there were aircon units stored inside the house but no people were burned. The cause and cost of damage of the fire are still being investigated.
