PCG member PO3 Al-Shier Alimuddin of the Coast Guard Siasi Sub-Station rescued an eight-year-old child who drowned in a resort pool in Zamboanga City on January 4, 2025.
PCG member PO3 Al-Shier Alimuddin of the Coast Guard Siasi Sub-Station rescued an eight-year-old child who drowned in a resort pool in Zamboanga City on January 4, 2025.
Although the child was no longer moving, Alimuddin immediately performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), which confirmed the return of the child's vital signs and pulse.
According to the PCG, the victim was brought to the hospital to receive further medical attention.
