Clark Korean Food Scene Rises in Huwon by Kiwa

Clark is a popular tourist destination, especially among Koreans, due to its golf courses and the new Clark International Airport. That's why Royce Hotel and Casino opened Huwon by Kiwa to cater to the growing Korean crowd.

Huwon by Kiwa is located in the new wing of the hotel and offers a comfortable dining experience, inspired by the secret gardens of the Joseon dynasty. There are private function rooms for 10–12 people, perfect for intimate gatherings or karaoke.

In the kitchen, Chef Susan Tarnate, who has over 20 years of experience in Korean cuisine, is in charge. The barbecue sets are recommended for first-time guests because they are more affordable and full of flavor. There are steamed eggs with shrimps, salmon sashimi, assorted fried bites, and Korean soups like Galbitang and Kimchi Jjigae.

 

BBQ meats like bulgogi, beef and pork ribs, samgyeopsal, and chicken are marinated in special sauces. Refills of perilla leaves and spicy leek salad add extra flavor and freshness to every bite. Even solo diners, there are Korean comfort dishes like jajangmyeon for a simple meal.

Finally, don't forget dessert — bingsu with finely shaved ice and toppings like azuki beans or mixed fruits. Huwon by Kiwa is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and is ideal for a Pampanga food trip experience.
