
The Philippine National Police (PNP) recorded more than 1,100 arrests nationwide in celebration of Undas 2025. From October 29 to November 2, the police conducted 1,391 operations in which 1,163 people were arrested, including 517 fugitives.
In total, there were 307 operations against illegal drugs, 223 against gambling, and 199 against loose firearms. Up to 92,894 police officers were deployed in various areas to ensure a safe and peaceful celebration of Undas.
Authorities also seized 478 knives, 65 bottles of alcohol, playing cards, and other illegal items at the cemetery and checkpoint. In addition, the PNP also responded to reports of road accidents, fires, and illegal weapons.
Meanwhile, more than ₱21,000 passengers traveled to ports nationwide as thousands of Filipinos returned to Manila after the long weekend.
The Philippine Coast Guard dispatched 5,243 personnel from 16 districts to assist travelers and ensure safe sailing. 157 ships and 26 motorboats were also inspected to ensure their condition before sailing.
