The communications professional Joseph Lawrence “JL” Daez has officially joined Ford Philippines as the new Communications Manager starting September 22, 2025.
JL has over 15 years of experience, including over a decade in branding, communications strategy, and campaign execution. He is known for his ability to execute multi-million peso campaigns and build impactful brands in advertising, PR, and marketing.
Before joining Ford, he served as Account Director where he led strategic communications initiatives for large companies in the automotive, healthcare, consumer tech, and energy sectors. He was recognized for successfully managing brand reputation, product launches, and stakeholder engagement.
He also previously served as Marketing Communications Manager of an automotive brand where he personally created 360-degree communications strategies. He is in charge of social media, press relations, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
JL will report directly to EJ Francisco, Communications Director of Ford Philippines and Asia Pacific Distributor Markets (APDM). He will also work with Ford's integrated marketing communications team for stronger project support.
