Rian Johnson's new film Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery has a premiere date. It will be released in select theaters starting November 26, and will be available to watch online starting December 12.
Daniel Craig will return as the famous detective Benoit Blanc. The film is considered his darkest and most dangerous case in the entire series. The cast also includes Mila Kunis, Andrew Scott, Josh O’Connor, Josh Brolin, Glenn Close, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Cailee Spaeny and many more.
According to the synopsis, the story begins with Jud Duplenticy (Josh O’Connor), a young priest who will assist Monsignor Jefferson Wicks (Josh Brolin). But the church is not going well, especially since the members have different personalities: from church lady Martha Delacroix (Glenn Close) to doctor Nat Sharp (Jeremy Renner).
Suddenly, an impossible murder shakes the town. With no clear suspect, Police Chief Geraldine Scott (Mila Kunis) is forced to work with Benoit Blanc to solve the mystery.
