IWC has added a new watch to its Colors of TOP GUN collection – the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar. It is available in two versions: a ceramic and a stainless steel in the same Pantone® light blue color.
The ceramic version is limited to just 1,000 pieces. It features a unique light blue ceramic case that takes inspiration from the color of the TOP GUN instructors' t-shirts. IWC used a special process of mixing zirconium oxide and metallic oxides to achieve the right color and quality. It comes complete with a matching dial and rubber strap for an elegant look. It has an IWC 69380 caliber movement with a 46-hour power reserve, a titanium case back engraved with the TOP GUN logo, and protection against magnetic fields.
The stainless steel edition is the first time a Pantone® color from the TOP GUN series has been used in a steel case. It features a 41mm steel case, Miramar blue dial, and a rubber strap. It has rhodium-plated hands with Super-LumiNova® for clear visibility. Behind it, the IWC 69385 movement is visible in the open caseback design.
Both versions feature the EasX-CHANGE® system, making it easy to change the strap to suit your mood or outfit. It is available now at IWC: $13,500 USD for the ceramic edition and $7,200 USD for the steel version.
