The new trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth shows a world where dinosaurs now rule the Earth. Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion, it turns out that there are places where dinosaurs have managed to survive and multiply, most notably on a forbidden island that was once part of Jurassic Park.
It stars Scarlett Johansson as Zora Bennett, an expert in covert operations. Together with the new group, they have a mission to extract genetic material from the largest dinosaurs on the island. But everything goes wrong when they find themselves in great danger, especially when they encounter a shipwrecked family.
The trailer is packed with action and tension, showcasing familiar dinosaurs like T-Rex and Mosasaurus, and new, more terrifying creatures like Distortus Rex (with six legs) and Mutadon, the result of InGen's experiments.
Directed by Gareth Edwards and written by David Koepp (who also originally wrote Jurassic Park), the film feels like a standalone survival adventure. It's more intense, more wild, and more about humans' struggle against creatures they can no longer control.
Jurassic World Rebirth will be available in theaters starting July 2, 2025. This is a film that fans of the franchise will definitely be looking forward to.
