A 25-year-old transwoman businesswoman has filed a complaint against a Chinese national after an alleged incident that occurred at a resort in Barangay Ligaya, Mabini, Batangas last Saturday.
According to a police report in Mabini, alias "Larc", a resident of BF Resort Village, Las Piñas, went to file a complaint against a man identified as Ehrron Sy, 23 years old, also a businessman.
Based on initial investigation, around 1:00 p.m., the suspect allegedly told Larc that he would spread her nude video on social media if she did not agree to a personal request.
Because of this, he was accompanied by his friend and they went to the Blue Ribbon Resort to talk to the suspect and ask him to delete the said video. But his companion was not allowed in.
When Larc entered the room, she complained that she was forcibly stripped and forced into something that caused severe trauma. Authorities are still investigating the incident.
