The new trailer for Squid Game Season 3 has been released by Netflix on Tudum 2025. This is the most-awaited and final season of the hit Korean survival series, and officially airs on June 27, 2025.
Gi-hun is back in the game, and according to the trailer, he's in the darkest phase of his life. He'll face more intense and dangerous games, including a gumball machine game that will divide players into red and blue teams.
The cast also includes Wi Ha-jun, Im Si-wan, and Kang Ha-neul. According to creator Hwang Dong-hyuk, this season will focus on Gi-hun's search for hope, even though everything he's fought for seems to have failed. He asks: "Can Gi-hun rise up and prove that there is still room for conscience and goodness amidst violence?"
Season 3 is a direct continuation of the events of Season 2, where Gi-hun attempted to rebel against the game's rulers — but he failed and many died.
Just a few weeks, and we'll be witnessing the climactic ending of Squid Game. Since Season 2 and 3 were filmed at the same time, the wait won't be long this year!
