The father and son died instantly after their motorcycle crashed into the back of a trailer truck in Binondo, Manila in the early hours of May 7, 2025.
The accident occurred at the Del Pan Bridge around 12:30 AM while the truck was heading to the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT).
According to the family's account, the father and son had been drinking alcohol before the incident. Due to the force of the collision, they were thrown and suffered severe injuries to their head and body.
The truck driver could face a case of reckless imprudence that resulted in death and property damage.
