A new fitness story is gaining attention after Aubrey dela Paz shared her dramatic weight loss using pickleball, a racket sport that is rapidly gaining popularity. From 143 pounds down to 114 pounds, her body transformation is also remarkable, including shrinking her waist from 31 inches to 25 inches in just a few months.

According to Aubrey, it all started as a simple hobby recommended by her mother. Despite not knowing the rules of the game, it quickly became part of her weekly routine. What was once a casual activity turned into a consistent lifestyle habit that had a positive impact on her health and discipline.

Along with regular pickleball sessions, his focus on portion control and calorie deficit also became important. Through careful food measurement and a balanced menu, he was able to eat familiar home-cooked meals while staying within his daily calorie goal—a more sustainable approach than a strict diet.

Over time, his playing increased—from once a week to two or three times. Aside from the physical benefits, it has also greatly helped his mental well-being. According to him, the boost in confidence and the joy he gets from each game are what really keep him motivated.

For those who want to try, Aubrey reminds us that it doesn't take a long time to get started. Even an hour of active movement is enough to start making a difference. Her story is proof that sustainable fitness can start with fun, the right approach, and consistent movement.
