Brit riders Taylor Mackenzie and Danny Webb have launched a new online platform for those looking for work in motorcycle racing in the UK and abroad.
Called The Paddock Network, it aims to help mechanics, truck drivers, media staff, and even riders find opportunities in racing. It wants to take the pressure off those without direct connections within the sport.

According to Taylor Mackenzie, a former National Superstock champion, the current process is messy and confusing. Teams often rely on Facebook posts and word of mouth when looking for riders or staff. There has never been a single place for this.
On the new site, you can post job adverts for various levels of racing. Job seekers can also create personal profiles and upload a CV. Some of the first postings are workshop mechanic for the MLav Racing Moto3 team and HGV driver for the Rokit Rookie Kawasaki in the British Superbike.
