A motorcyclist in Dagupan was captured on CCTV running away and leaving his mother and daughter behind after being stopped by a traffic enforcer on Wednesday night, November 27, 2025.
The video shows the enforcer stopping the driver, but instead of stopping, he suddenly started his motorcycle and sped away. The woman riding a backseat and the child with him were left behind on the road.
People in the area immediately reported the incident to authorities to assess and determine the motorist's possible violation.
The LGU and Dagupan City Police appealed to the public that if anyone recognizes the escaped motorcyclist, they should immediately report it to their office or official Facebook page.
The local government also reminded motorists not to run away from traffic enforcers because apart from violating traffic laws, it can also cause accidents and danger to other people.
