SEVENTEEN has collaborated with the Smurfs for a reimagined music video for their hit “God of Music.”
The collaboration brings together the popular boy group and the iconic Smurfs, who both promote fun, teamwork, and unity.
It just so happens that the Smurfs' anniversary falls on October 23, 1958, and SEVENTEEN's track was released on the same day this year.
According to PLEDIS, “This collaboration brings together two icons who both promote positive messages and unity.”
Véronique Culliford, daughter of Smurfs creator Peyo, said, “I am happy to see my beloved blue character continue to bring joy and unity, 67 years after his creation.”
In the music video, Smurfs such as Smurfette, Papa Smurf, and Clumsy can be seen dancing to the song, and they are later joined by the members of SEVENTEEN.
