PlayStation has launched a new 27” Gaming Monitor designed for gamers who prefer to play with the PS5 over their desktop setup. According to Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), it aims to give gamers a more flexible way to enjoy their games even when not in the living room. It will be released in the U.S. and Japan in 2026.
The monitor has a Quad High Definition (QHD) IPS panel with a resolution of 2560×1440, providing a clear and detailed display. For PS5 or PS5 Pro users, it has Auto HDR Tone Mapping that automatically adjusts color quality and brightness for more vivid visuals. There is Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and refresh rates of up to 120 Hz on the PS5, while it reaches 240 Hz when used with a PC or Mac.
In addition to the clear display, it also includes a built-in Charging Hook for the DualSense or DualSense Edge controller, making it easy to start a gaming session. Its design is perfect for personal gaming spaces, especially when paired with the new Pulse Elevate wireless speakers for high-quality sound and visuals.
The new PlayStation 27” Gaming Monitor is expected to be available for around ₱30,000 to ₱35,000 when it launches in 2026 in the U.S. and Japan.
