KTM has launched the updated 300 EXC Hardenduro 2026, inspired by the bike of reigning Hard Enduro World Champion Manuel Lettenbichler. This is the flagship two-stroke enduro bike since 2024, bringing Factory Racing expertise and championship-winning design straight to the dealership.
It has a new graphics package: orange plastics with white and black trim, a gloss-orange frame, and anodised PowerParts for a more aggressive look.
In terms of performance, there are also hardware and weight-saving upgrades. The front 48mm WP Xact fork has new damping settings, lighter and shorter springs, and a revised pressure reservoir – saving 200 grams. Also included is a new WP Xplor PDS rear shock.
For the fuel system, there is a protective cap on the CPC fuel connector that prevents dirt and damage. As for the cooling system, there is a new radiator cap that is easier to open and a standard radiator fan, which is not available on the regular 300 model.
In addition, the bike is loaded with competition-ready parts:
Factory wheelset (itim na rims, orange hubs at nipples)
Ribbed seat
Map switch
Full-wrap handguards
Solid rear disc and disc guards
Skid plate and CNC triple clamps
Pull straps
According to KTM, this is the result of years of R&D in Hard Enduro competition.
