
The NBI operation at a resort in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna on September 28 resulted in the arrest of 24 people for allegedly carrying and using party drugs.
Thirteen of those arrested were caught using illegal drugs and tested positive in a drug test. According to the investigation, among the confiscated drugs were ketamine, cocaine, and ecstasy that were allegedly used at a rave party.
Based on information from the NBI, the party at the resorts in Pansol lasts for up to three days.
The suspects will be charged under Section 13 of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. Among those arrested are two Yemeni nationals who were previously apprehended by authorities.
