Boss Opens S3xu4l Experience

My boss really surprised me because he shared his s3xu4l experience with me twice. I am a helper, only 19 years old, and I had only been at their house for a week when this situation started.

One time, she suddenly opened up about her feelings for her husband. She said they hadn't had sex for a few months, about six months. She said she wanted to have children but her husband was moving away, so they didn't have intimacy. I was speechless because I didn't know what to say. I couldn't be rude to her because she was my boss too, and to be fair, she treated me well. But this was the first time I'd heard this kind of talk from a man I didn't know. It's really awkward.

It didn't end there. The second time, he opened up again. I was just talking about my cousin who was also having relationship problems, then suddenly he asked about sexual things. He said, "I hope everything is fine," "he's still fine," and "my heart hurts." That's when I got nervous and immediately said I was going to go to bed. Since then, I've always been careful when I feel like I'm getting into that kind of conversation. I make excuses or change the topic so the conversation doesn't get any deeper.

He's fun to talk to, and he's kind to me, but when he gets back to his marital problems, that's when the conversation comes in that I'm not comfortable. It's hard for me because as a helper, I can't do anything but listen, but deep down I feel really lonely.

Until the end of my few months with them, I still carry this question: Is it normal for a man to open up like this to a woman he doesn't know? Or is it really wrong for him to say that to me as his younger self and as his employee?
