Famous Brazilian restaurant Fogo de Chão will open its first branch in the Philippines this August 18, 2025 at Glorietta 4, Makati City. This expansion is the first in Asia, so it's big news for meat lovers and unique dining experiences.
Online reservations will begin August 6, so book early if you want to experience authentic Brazilian flavors. The menu features premium cuts such as filet mignon, bone-in cowboy ribeye, beef ribs, dry-aged wagyu cuts, lamb chops, and seafood ala carte. Also featured are specialties Picanha (prime cut of top sirloin) and Fraldinha (marbled bottom sirloin).
Dishes are always mixed with special herbs and spices such as cumin, cilantro, oregano, turmeric, and parsley for a true Brazilian taste. Fogo de Chão's highlight is the churrasco-style grilling – high-quality meat grilled over an open flame, served right at your table by Gaucho chefs.
They also have a variety of dining options for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and group meals. This includes the Market Table which is filled with fresh side dishes and seasonal vegetables, making it perfect for a complete meal.
Estimated price of meat and food is around ₱3,500 to ₱6,000 per person, depending on the menu and cuts of meat you choose. If you love steak and want to taste authentic Brazilian churrasco, make sure to include this on your food trip list.
