A law student from De La Salle University (DLSU) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig who went missing on June 8 was found dead in Naic, Cavite on Saturday. The victim was identified as Anthony Granada, 25 years old.
Granada was last seen riding a Grab from his condo on C-5 Road, heading to Naic Town Plaza. According to the Grab driver, Anthony was calm during the trip.
In CCTV footage, he was spotted walking alone on the Lopez Jaena Bridge at around 9:20 p.m. on the day he disappeared.
On Saturday, a body was found in a vacant lot in Barangay Sapa, Naic. Anthony's brother, Ricky Granada, confirmed that he was the one in the body.
According to the police investigation, no foul play was found in his death. Ricky asked the public on Facebook to respect their grief at this time.
