Paper Rex is on the verge of elimination from VALORANT Masters Toronto after losing to Gen.G, both from VCT Pacific, by a score of 2-0 at the Swiss stage.
On the first map Ascent, Gen.G quickly took control with 7 consecutive wins early on. Although PRX recovered and finished the half 4-8, it wasn't enough to take the match. They managed to catch up in the second half, but Tiger Nation held firm and took the win 13-11.

When it came to Icebox, the W Gaming squad struggled to come back. In the first half alone, Gen.G was ahead 3-9, and in the second half, PRX couldn't get a single round. Gen.G ended it 13-3.

Despite the loss, PRX has another chance to make it to the playoffs when they play on June 11 (June 12, Manila time). They need to win to stay in the tournament.
The next match will be the test of PRX's strength. Watch to see if they can recover and bring their aggressive game back to the global stage.
