A shooting incident occurred in Dagupan, Pangasinan on the night of May 24. A Chinese businessman in his 40s was shot by an unidentified suspect while on the road. He died at the scene of the crime.
According to the report, several gunshots were heard and the victim was seen covered in blood. The perpetrator quickly fled after the shooting. The suspect has not been identified to this day.
