The Bureau of Customs (BOC) at the Port of Clark and the PDEA seized nearly 3,900 grams of high-grade marijuana or kush. Its street value is ₱5.8 million.
The shipment arrived on March 26 from Thailand and was supposed to be sent to Legazpi, Albay.
The drugs were discovered after being checked using a K-9 sniff test and physical inspection. They were found inside 32 self-sealing packs labeled "Crispy Broccoli".
The PDEA confirmed that it was indeed marijuana after a chemical analysis. As a result, a Warrant of Seizure was immediately issued for the shipment.
