Influencer and TikTok star Joshua Blackledge has passed away at the age of 16.
According to an obituary from Noe-Brooks Funeral Home, he passed away on March 18 at his home. A celebration of life was held on March 23 at Camp Albemarle, Newport.
The cause of his death was not given.
His girlfriend Emmie Gillikin, who has appeared with him in several TikTok videos, paid tribute.
"I miss this sweet boy so much. I never thought the day would come when you would be gone," she wrote in a TikTok post where she shared their memories.
"Josh taught me what true love was even when I was young. He always made me smile even when I was annoyed with him. To this day, it still doesn't feel real."
Blackledge has over a million followers on TikTok and has become famous for lip-syncing and car content.
According to the obituary, he was a junior student at West Carteret High School and active in wrestling and track..
"Mahilig siya sa outdoor activities at gustong-gusto niyang nasa tubig, lalo na kapag nangingisda o namamangka kasama ang mga kaibigan. Mahilig din siya sa mga sasakyan at trucks," dagdag sa obituary.
