A dashcam footage captured a tricycle traveling along the STAR Tollway in Batangas, even though it is strictly prohibited.
According to the person who posted the video on the Facebook page “Parkeserye 2.0,” it happened after the Ibaan exit. In the video, a surprised passenger can be heard saying, “Tricycle. Asa expressway.”
Many netizens wondered how it got in. The DOTr prohibits tricycles on expressways, except for motorcycles with 600cc engines and above.
The STAR Tollway is an expressway in Batangas that passes through the cities of Santo Tomas, Tanauan, Malvar, Lipa, San Jose, and Ibaan before reaching Batangas City.
