A 32-year-old woman died after being involved in an accident while riding a motorcycle taxi along Mel Lopez Boulevard, Tondo this morning before noon.
CCTV footage shows a dump truck hitting their white motorcycle as it was overtaking, causing the passenger to fall under the truck and die instantly.
