Two people were killed in a shooting incident in Vigan, Ilocos Sur on Monday night. According to the report, the incident occurred in Barangay VIII.
One of the victims was identified as Robert Apanay, 29, who died immediately at the scene of the crime. His companion, Audrey was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Based on the investigation, there was a heated exchange between Apanay and the suspect Jayson Oriente, 30. Their argument ended in a shooting, which killed two victims.
