The puksaan edition of Miss Universe Philippines 2025 has officially started.

There are newcomers and there are returning veterans hoping to win the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 crown and represent the Philippines at Miss Universe stage.
Mayroong mga baguhan at may mga beteranang nagbabalik sa pag-asang masungkit ang Miss Universe Philippines 2025 crown at mairepresenta ang Pilipinas sa Miss Universe stage.
MA. AHTISA MANALO, QUEZON PROVINCE
One of the returning pageant veterans is Quezon Province's rock star, Ma. Ahtisa Manalo.
Ahtisa is the current Miss Philippines Cosmo 2024.

Ahtisa was also crowned Bb. Pilipinas-International in 2018.
She was also named Miss International 2018 first runner-up.
Her batchmate in Binibing Pilipinas is Catriona Gray, who became Miss Universe 2018.
WINWYN MARQUEZ, MUNTINLUPA CITY
Another awaited return to the rock stage of Muntinlupa City, Winwyn Marquez.
Like Ahtisa, Winwyn is no new to participating in beauty pageants.
She is the first Reina Hispanoamericana, an international pageant held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
She represented the Philippines after winning Miss World Philippines 2017.
Before she succeeded in this international pageant, Winwyn joined the 52nd Bb. Pilipinas in March 2015, but he did not get the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe title, won by Pia Wurtzbach.

YLLANA MARIE ADUANA, SINILOAN LAGUNA
One of the pageant fans' favorites is Yllana Marie Aduana of Siniloan, Laguna.
Yllana was crowned Miss Earth Air 2023 at the pageant held in Van Phúc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on December 22.
CHELSEA FERNANDEZ, SULTAN KUDARAT
Chelsea Fernandez of Sultan Kudarat is also returning to the beauty pageant stage.
Her experience is not far from the other veterans she will compete against, because she was also known for various beauty pageants before.
