The Japanese company Aniplex (株式会社アニプレックス) will launch its latest product themed on the popular anime "The Beauty of Sadness!" — the "Jumping Women" non-scale figure! The estimated price is 19,800 yen, and it is expected to be released in June 2025.
The story of "The Beauty of Sadness!" (ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！) centers on a high school girl named Goto Airi, who suffers from severe social anxiety and is an outcast at school. In an attempt to gain her classmates' attention, she has been learning guitar since childhood, dreaming of becoming a rock star.
However, her introverted personality and difficulty with social interactions created obstacles in forming a band, until she met Nijika from Shimokitazawa High School. Together, they formed the Kizuna Band with Ryou and Ikuyo, marking the beginning of their vibrant journey in the world of music.
The Aniplex "Beauty of Sadness! Jumping Girls" non-scale figure captures the scene where the members of Kizuna Band pose for a band photo in the fourth episode of the anime. Standing approximately 20 cm tall, the figure uses a stainless steel rod and transparent base to convey the "moment of jumping for a photo as an up-and-coming band."
