OMEGA has launched a commemorative Seamaster Regatta watch in celebration of the 37th America's Cup, a prestigious sailing competition that dates back to 1851.
Designed for professional use at sea, the new timepiece is made of grade 5 titanium which is lightweight and rust-free. For quick data acquisition, its dial includes an LCD display function, an inertial sensor unit, and a brightness sensor that allows instant readability amidst the challenge of the ocean.
Its 46.75 mm-wide case has features such as moonphase indicator, chronograph, sailing logbook, temperature gauge, accelerometer, 3 alarms, and regatta race function — all powered by OMEGA's own 5701 caliber, a new multi- functional quartz chronograph movement with thermo-compensated integrated circuit.
Water resistant to 50 meters, the caseback of the watch is embossed with "SEAMASTER REGATTA," "37th AMERICA’S CUP," and the competition logo.
It comes with a blue rubber strap.
