TESDA's new mobile application called “TESDA Skills Passport”, an all-in-one platform that aims to combine training, employment, and scholarship services into a single app, was officially launched on February 5, 2026.
President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., along with TESDA Secretary Jose Francisco Benitez, led the launch, which aims to make services more convenient and accessible for youth and job seekers through digital means.
According to the President, the app will provide important information such as TESDA-accredited training institutions, online training courses, scholarship opportunities, and employment options. It will also serve as a guide for young people who want to learn new skills.
President Marcos also mentioned that the government has allocated nearly P20 billion to TESDA in the 2026 national budget, to expand access to scholarships and skills training programs, demonstrating the administration's dedication to workforce development through digitalization.
“To our youth and TESDA scholars, I invite you to try and use the TESDA Skills Passport mobile app,” said President Marcos. “May it serve as a bridge to a more prosperous and better tomorrow for all Filipinos.”
