In the final collaboration following the series finale, Nike and Stranger Things reunite the worlds of sports and pop culture with the Air Foamposite One. One of the boldest silhouettes in basketball history was chosen to bring the dark and psychological theme of the finale to life, reflecting the tension and mystery of the story.
The shoe stands out with a black-to-red gradient that seems to be taken straight from the Upside Down, with lightning bolt graphics that give it a cinematic look. The inverted branding, including a reversed “1-Cent” logo on the heel, is a direct interpretation of the alternate world that fans have come to love. Inside, a more detailed design can be found on the insoles inspired by the series’ main villain.
The experience is further enhanced with custom-themed packaging and select accessories that pay homage to key symbols from the story. As such, this release is not just a sneaker, but a collector’s piece that marks the end of an iconic era in both fashion and entertainment.
