After a close first half, the Thunder's offense exploded in the third quarter, scoring 40 points, including 15 points from Gilgeous-Alexander. A more aggressive defense and control of transition plays were key to Oklahoma City finally taking a big lead and sealing the win against a team led by Victor Wembanyama.
In addition to Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams also contributed 20 points, while Alex Caruso provided solid support off the bench.
