The well-known Mediterranean restaurant Anzani from Cebu has officially opened in Ville Sommet, Tagaytay, led by Chef Marco Anzani. The chef has extensive experience after working under culinary legends like Alain Ducasse and Paul Bocuse, before finally settling in the Philippines and building the original Anzani in Nivel Hills, Cebu with his wife Kate Anzani.

Anzani Tagaytay is a different concept as it also serves as the property's all-day dining restaurant. It has two outlets: Gusto Café and Anzani Neo Mediterranean. At Gusto Café, you can enjoy Italian-style coffee, fresh pastries, gelato, and Neapolitan pizza cooked in an Italy-made pizza oven—perfect for a quick stop or breakfast in the cool climate of Tagaytay.
