Final Destination 7 is officially in the works after the huge success of Bloodlines. It will continue the popular horror franchise known for its shocking and brutal death scenes.
After a 14-year wait, Bloodlines grossed over ₱16.8 billion worldwide and became the highest-grossing film of the entire series. It also received the highest ratings from critics and audiences, giving the film a renewed impetus.
It has been confirmed that Bloodlines co-writer, Lori Evans Taylor, will return to write the script for Final Destination 7. The main producers of the previous film will also be involved to ensure the same quality and direction of the story.
Although no details about the plot and cast have been released yet, it is expected that the film will once again bring creative scenes of death and the inescapable power of “Kamatayan.”
The new film is expected to further cement Final Destination's position as one of the most popular horror series in film history.
