Bugatti has launched the Programme Solitaire, a highly exclusive one-of-one coachbuilding program. The first creation, called Brouillard, is inspired by Ettore Bugatti's favorite horse, with a sculptural design and unique details inside and out.
The Brouillard features a 1,600 PS W16-powered Coupé with a design that resembles horse muscles, a cathedral-like glass roof, tartan fabrics, green-tinted carbon fiber, and a gear shifter with a hand-crafted sculpture of Ettore's horse.
It was created for a passionate Bugatti collector, and showcases the art of the Bugatti family—from Carlo's works to Rembrandt's sculptures. Each year, only two Solitaire creations will be produced, each custom in body and interior.
The new program returns to Bugatti's coachbuilding tradition from the 1920s and 1930s, such as the Type 57 SC Atlantic. It aims to offer cars that are perfectly suited to the desires of the most discerning collectors.
With the launch of the Brouillard, Bugatti demonstrates its continued commitment to creating unique designs and taking personalization to the highest level.
