The road in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan experienced heavy traffic after parked vehicles filled both lanes of Road 1 in Barangay Minuyan Proper.
Netizen Jr Alvren Mangapot shared a video on Facebook on July 2, where four-wheeled vehicles can be seen lined up on both sides of the road, near the V1 Bus Line garage.
In the video, a man can be heard saying, "They're fighting, or," while trying to pass several motorcycle riders in front of the vehicle filming the video.
According to a report by SJDM Newscatcher, drivers of parked vehicles refused to leave even though they were obstructing passing motorists.
This double parking refers to parking a vehicle next to another one that is already parked, resulting in blocking the flow of traffic.
