The famous rider Marc Márquez showed style at the Grand Prix of the Netherlands, covering the his 6th win of the 2025 MotoGP season. This is also his third consecutive victory, and he equals the record of Giacomo Agostini with 68 premier class wins. His teammate Francesco Bagnaia finished in third place, giving the Ducati Lenovo Team a double podium.

Márquez started from the second row, but quickly moved to the front on the fifth lap. He defended his position against Bezzecchi and pulled further away in the final stages of the race. Bagnaia led the first five laps but slowed down and was unable to keep up with the pace towards the end.

After ten races of the season, Marc Márquez now holds 370 points, only 68 points behind his brother Alex Márquez. Bagnaia is in third place, 126 points behind the leader. The Ducati Lenovo Team leads the teams’ standings with 488 points, while Ducati is first in the manufacturers’ standings with 356 points.

Márquez thanked Ducati and his team for working until midnight after he broke his bike twice. He said he wasn't entirely happy because his brother was injured after a crash during the race. But he said, "That's how racing is."

The Ducati Lenovo Team will next compete at Sachsenring, Germany on July 11 for the eleventh race of the season.
