Popular motorcycle vlogger Yanna Moto Vlog was summoned by the LTO after being involved in a viral road rage incident in Zambales. According to the LTO, she needs to explain why her license should not be canceled or suspended due to bad road behavior.
LTO Chief Atty. Vigor Mendoza II said that as an influencer, Yanna should have used her platform for road safety and not to display bad behavior. “Impulse on the road does not bring good,” he said.
In the video viewed by the LTO Social Media Team, Yanna can be seen overtaking a pick-up truck, showing a dirty finger, and swearing at the driver. When the driver spoke to her to clarify what happened, she continued pushing even after he had left.
Even though Yanna made a public apology, Atty. Mendoza said that the LTO investigation is ongoing. DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon also said that the government is serious about its campaign against reckless and dangerous motorists to ensure that the roads are safe for everyone.
